• Location: Cedarville State Forest, 10201 Bee Oak Rd, Brandywine, MD 20613​

• Time: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

• Food and Beverage: All-you-can-eat BBQ and drinks are included in your ticket purchase.

• Transportation: Round-trip provided from the host hotel

The transportation schedule will be shared once the final guest count is confirmed.

Pre-Party Prep

Hospitality Suite Reopens

• Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Light bites and refreshments to fuel up for the night

Orange & Blue After-Party

• Transportation: Provided to and from the event
